  Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
   Experience in the analysis and optimization of advertising key figures
  Experience in writing and optimizing advertising copy

As Performance Marketing Manager at Gonnado you are responsible for a portfolio of 10 to 20 well-known partners. Partners of Gonnado are national and international retail companies such as Deichmann, Tchibo or Conrad. With your sound online marketing know-how and your ability to build customer relationships, you will offer Gonnado’s partners a first-class service. You recognise the needs of the partners and use Gonnado’s products to promote the business growth of our partners and increase their turnover. In working with our partners, you will define the strategy for joint campaigns that reach millions of people.

Gonnado is not an agency that charges for working hours, but an ad tech company that is paid on a commission basis according to the turnover achieved. The performance and quality of your campaigns is therefore always at the forefront of your work. You analyze the key figures of your campaigns and optimize them continuously to achieve your performance goals and maximize the return on ad spend of your partners.

You work with the performance marketing platform Gonnado as well as with the platforms of Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The Gonnado platform offers you a cockpit to control the omnichannel campaigns, which are controlled via Google, Facebook, partner website and partner branches. To fine-tune the campaigns you use the tools of the Google and Facebook Ads platforms.

You report to the Head of Operations and exchange information with the Campaign Management Team. You will also coordinate with the design, business development and marketing communication teams.   Reporting: Create reports for running or completed campaigns
