Minimum qualifications
  Several years of experience in selling online marketing solutions to national retailers
  Active network in the retail sector with personal relationships to marketing managers
  Very independent and responsible working style and a high willingness to travel
  Very good knowledge of Turkish orally and in writing (mother tongue / level C2) and good knowledge of English
Preferred qualifications
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  Work experience in a start-up or as an independent sales representative
  Knowledge and interest in the current trends in online marketing
  Experience in the placement of Google Ads and Facebook Ads

About the job

As Country Sales Manager at Gonnado you are responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of all partners in Turkey. Gonnado partners are national and international retail companies such as Deichmann, Tchibo or Conrad. With your profound online marketing know-how and your ability to build customer relationships, you offer Gonnado’s partners first-class advice. You recognise the needs of the partners and sell the appropriate Gonnado products to promote the business growth of our partners and increase their turnover. You use your active network to get in touch with decision makers in the marketing departments of target partners.

Your goal is to acquire new partners for Gonnado and to sell the services of Gonnado to existing and new partners. The sales cycle takes several months, so you will not close any deals in the first three months, but will have first appointments to present the Gonnado solutions. After that your goal is to acquire one new partner per month.

You will work with HubSpot CRM, communicate intensively by phone and e-mail and use your laptop with presentations and case studies for the sales appointments on site. If you are not currently with a partner, you work in the home office or in the co-working space.

You start as the first sales representative in Turkey and have the option to build your own team. You report to the CEO in Switzerland and exchange ideas with the Country Sales Managers from other countries. You will also coordinate with the Campaign Management and Marketing Communication teams in Berlin. Responsibilities

  Contact research: Find out which persons are responsible at the target companies and how you can contact them
  Arrange appointments: Contact target partners by phone and e-mail and arrange sales appointments with partners on-site
  Field service appointments: Meet with potential partners and sell Gonnado solutions
  Closing deals: Create offers and contracts, clarify all questions of the partner and close the deals
  Report to HQ: Create reports about your activities, successes and challenges for the management
  Relationship management: Meet with existing partners to discuss ongoing campaigns and present reports
  Marketing activities: Support the Marketing Team, for example by participating in events or placing reports in the media
